Surfsanity is a full body workout program with classes designed to focus on four core areas: Build, Burn, Balance and Blend. To accomplish each of the four target areas, Surfsanity combines a mixture of yoga, pilates and cardio in each class. Our mission is to aid clients in their individual journeys to a healthy level of fitness through fast and fun total body workouts. Each class is fast paced and lead by our dedicated instructors that build an exciting environment that will create a lifelong commitment to health through community small group workouts.
